Junlu Metal Products Co., Ltd. has recently won the contract to supply cable trays for the Central Business District (CBD) project in Egypt’s new administrative capital. This is another landmark project of international significance following Beijing China Zun and Shanghai Disney, demonstrating further recognition of the company’s products in high‑end overseas markets.
The Egypt New Capital CBD project is a key Belt and Road initiative. Once completed, it will be Africa’s tallest skyscraper and a modern business hub. The project sets extremely high standards for cable tray load capacity, corrosion resistance, and installation precision. Junlu Metal’s hot‑dip galvanized and aluminum alloy cable trays passed salt spray tests (over 1,000 hours without red rust) in international accredited labs. Meanwhile, a lightweight design reduces the weight of a 6‑meter tray by 15% while increasing load capacity by 20%.
To meet overseas logistics requirements, the company designed stackable packaging that increases container loading capacity by 30%, saving considerable shipping costs for the client. A representative of the project purchaser commented: “Junlu Metal not only makes high‑quality products but also provides detailed bilingual installation guides and remote technical support.
